1. Order Processing & Reseller

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

By completing a purchase, you agree to Paddle's terms of service and privacy policy available at paddle.com.

2. License Grant

Upon successful payment, Kinetica grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased component source code in your personal and commercial projects. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the source code as a standalone product or component library.

3. Nature of Digital Goods

Kinetica UI components are delivered as digital source code. Upon delivery of repository access, the product is considered fully delivered. You agree that due to the digital nature of the product, once access is granted, the right of withdrawal may be limited as permitted by applicable law.

4. Refund Policy

Please refer to our full Refund Policy at /refund. In summary: we offer technical compatibility support within 14 days. Refunds are handled by Paddle.com on our behalf.

5. Intellectual Property

All design systems, editorial concepts, brand identity, and non-source-code assets remain the exclusive intellectual property of Kinetica / iuschro.com. The license granted in Section 2 pertains solely to the component source code.
