Refund Policy

1. Digital Product Policy
Kinetica UI components are delivered as digital source code. Because the product is immediately accessible upon delivery of repository access, all sales are final by default.
2. 100% Technical Compatibility Guarantee
We guarantee that all components are compatible with Next.js 14+ App Router and TypeScript 5+. If any component fails to function as documented in a correctly configured Next.js environment, contact us within 14 days of purchase at support@iuschro.com. We will:
- —Provide technical assistance to resolve the issue, or
- —Issue a full refund if the issue cannot be resolved
3. Refund Process
All refunds are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles all return requests.
4. Exclusions
Refunds will not be issued for: (a) change of mind after repository access has been granted; (b) incompatibility due to custom or non-standard project configurations; (c) requests made after 14 days of purchase.
5. EU / UK Consumer Rights
Consumers in the EU and UK have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. By requesting immediate delivery of digital content and confirming their agreement at checkout, customers explicitly consent to waive this right upon delivery, as provided by applicable law. This waiver is managed by Paddle.com's checkout process.
